Hatonn on Meditation and a Life of Service

Dipping back into the session from yesterday, the point Hatonn makes about the connection between the practice of meditation — which seems so solipsistic and individualistic – and interpersonal service is not a new one. We know that service is at its purest when it flows freely through the instrument rather as a consciously formulated address. The session is notable for other reasons though.

This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://socialmemorycomplex.earth/blog/2026/06/14/hatonn-on-meditation-and-a-life-of-service/

As one who has had considerable contact with the local HS guide, and how it has changed my life through thought, feelings, and emotions, my form of meditation has turned into one of “walking” meditation.

I just want to say that the more I see of the modern world, and the energies of end-of-Harvest ramping up higher and higher, which seems to cause more and more animalistic [sp?] behavior in Humanity, I wonder if there would not be some more “help” if those of us who can, --DID-- meditate a little more.

They said this in 1979. It’s 2026, and we have CERN, the pole shift, and the possible approaching SMN or at the very least an X-flare of Carrington size or larger to look out for.

Perhaps we - the able - should meditate more.
