Development of the freedom of expression

Here is an actual article about the freedom of expression in germany:

This is only part of an global development in Europe:

A suppression of hate speech is used to enforce a suppression of freedom of expression.
Is the same established in your country?

A new policy update from PayPal will permit the firm to sanction users who advance purported “misinformation” or present risks to user “wellbeing.”

Doing that seems like a good example of extreme negative polarity.

In its latest terrorism threat bulletin, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) labeled online “misinformation” a terror threat.

The bulletin warned about the “proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions.”

The DHS further stated that there was an “online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis-, dis- and mal-information introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors.”

In total, over $3 million of taxpayer money was handed over to universities, think tanks, and nonprofits who will use the money to fund projects that fight what they deem to be misinformation and disinformation.

Sounds like an extremely narcissistic approach to label independent thought as a terrorist threat.

Why do you need to force people to trust in you? Are you more important than everyone else?

I would say it is the general way of mirroring everything.
George Orwell predicted/leaked this plans/view already 1984 and they come visible now in an extreme way.

Freedom of expression: With house searches against Likes

Using house searches against Likes

Can a Like be punishable?
For the first time, the Meiningen Regional Court has answered this question in the affirmative and even justifies house searches. The questionable ruling thus allows law enforcement agencies to shoot at sparrows with bazookas - and shifts the boundaries of freedom of expression. One comment.

House search because of a like

The accused was not the only one whose homes were searched. The day before the court case against the two accused of the policeman:s murder began, police in 15 German states searched the homes of 75 people accused of publishing hate postings. More than 180 devices were confiscated, mainly laptops and smartphones.

The court was not convinced by this argumentation. It concluded that the search was proportionate and lawful “because of the seriousness and strength of the suspicion of the crime.” The suspect “had been sufficiently suspicious of both the approval of criminal acts and the disparagement of the memory of deceased persons (under Section 189 of the Criminal Code).” For this, it had been sufficient that he had provided the Facebook entry with the emoji. Even “recipients of pre-school age” could clearly understand the fist with the thumbs up.

Sentiments: Bundestag criminalizes denial of genocide

Denying or downplaying a genocide or war crime is now a punishable offense in Germany. A violation is punishable by up to three years in prison. Zeit
The background to the move is EU infringement proceedings. Last December, the European Commission accused Germany of insufficiently implementing a resolution to combat racism and xenophobia under criminal law.

Comment: the criminal law on public opinion is being further tightened. In the future, politicians and the media are apparently to define what constitutes genocide. Anyone who then doubts this will go to jail. Freedom of expression is being abolished step by step.
Whoever has the sovereignty of the media to define what constitutes genocide also has the ability to silence dissenters or lock them up.

While by “Western definition” the deeds of the Ukrainian army from 2014-2021 in the Donbas would certainly be ignored, with regard to Russia one could say what “the Russians” are doing in Ukraine is genocide. Anyone who doubts this then goes behind bars. Such criminal laws are to be located in dictatorships.

“Essentially, every form of electronic communication will be under the government’s microscope. Even partially written emails saved in draft folders will be vulnerable to government intrusion,” a professor at Washington University wrote in a paper published in 2015.

Connecting to the internet through a VPN could shield users from potential surveillance. However, in recent months, the government has cracked down on VPNs. It passed a law requiring VPN providers with servers in India to store detailed logs about their customers, including names and IP addresses. Many providers responded by pulling their services from India.

The State Department is giving law enforcement and intelligence agencies unrestricted access to the personal data of more than 145 million Americans, through information from passport applications that is shared without legal process or any apparent oversight, according to a letter sent from Sen. Ron Wyden to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and obtained by Yahoo News.

If that is a real thing. Sounds like my posts would be criminal to make if I was in Germany, since I don’t trust chronic liars and manipulators - thus I’m not yet convinced of any genocides or war crimes.

So my lack of belief and questioning of things, seems illegal!

Anything that questions the system is illegal.
The one who is questioning is a terrorist, because he endangers the so-called public order.
(The symbol for for the unbending rules of the system are the fasces.)

Simple rules to understand.

This is enforced in more then one country.

The pandemic has opened the doors to a new era of increased surveillance and control. The era of biosecurity.
With the advent of the green certificate, a mechanism was created for excluding people based on their health status. But now the plans are being extended further into a comprehensive control system to follow, trace and manipulate citizens to a large extent.

17,000 Bee Hives Destroyed by Government

I think this transhumanism as spoken by Yuval Harari is the crux of all the directions the service to self rulers have tried to force upon the world. Remember, the darkside can only be given that which they seek, they cannot take it.

The modification of the worlds food quality and practices, to make us sick.
The attempt to make vulnerable people dependent on rulers medicine.
The giving of power through financial transactions.
The factory pollution and reduction of living standards and environmental destruction to interfere with health and natural balance.
The manipulations to create war upon the innocent.
The censorship of history so we cannot remember, the culling of peoples and tribal knowledge.
The breaking of poor souls minds through fear and toxic exposure to make them accept.
The only thing that those with power want, is more power, the only way they can take more is to take away our humanity in an attempt to control our choice.

I believe their hubris is their undoing, and of all possible possibilities there is only one path, and the efforts to change the core of those whom they rule is a last act of desperation.

Gaia has grown, those ways are no longer resonant here. There will be a cleansing, like a natural forest fire, Gaia, the Sun, and the new seeds will be free to sprout.

There is no doubt about it.

It is a long-term programming / re-education and we are now seeing the final steps.
Still it is hard to say how many people will be willing to give up all freedom in favor of a so-called unconditional basic income?
The acceptance of total surveillance and digital identity is already almost complete.

The hubris may be a weakness, but to compensate, they are working with very long-term plans that include many different options and in case of doubt, are simply carried forward in ever new alternatives.
